I posted an article the other day about my Review on ViaViente as a company to partner with. I found ViaViente to be a great company with a lot of opportunity. That said, with the opportunity at hand, ViaViente distributors will still be wondering how to go about finding success in the company.

I posted an article the other day about my Review on ViaViente as a company to partner with. I found ViaViente to be a great company with a lot of opportunity. That said, with the opportunity at hand, ViaViente distributors will still be wondering how to go about finding success in the company.

Given my six years of industry experience, I have found that the activities to build a network marketing business are very hard. ViaViente distributors can rest assured that there is one thing to keep in mind....the activities are simple, daily actions performed consistently over time. But still, why do so many fail? Because they don't have the ability to keep themselves accountable for their actions. Everything else looks more important...i.e. the laundry, picking up the kids, the dog's grooming appointment, etc. They don't have a boss looking over them to determine if they've done their job for the day. This will not build wealth, but making 15 calls per day, 2 presentations, meeting 2 new people/day WILL build wealth. So, that said, let's get into the actions!

#1 - What was your purpose for joining ViaViente or why do you have an interest in the company? SOMETHING in you made you think this could solve some challenge you were having at the time. Maybe it was money, or your health, or your time, or you lousy job. What was it? You must identify what you are wanting to get out of the business and be specific. Your car GPS can't give you a roadmap until you enter the destination. Your mind is like that, too! It needs to know where it's going! So, for example, you joined ViaViente in order to make your living expenses a little easier to meet each month. What does that mean? Do you need $500 more or $1,000? How much do you need each month. Then you reach that goal and your next is to buy a new car. What kind of car? How much will the car cost you? How much do you have to put down? See what I mean? Have specifics! What will keep you moving forward each day working your business?

#2 - Use your products! There is nothing more frustrating then when a distributor says, 'I'll go on autoship once I start making money or when I have a team.' What? The passion you have to build your organization will come from your leadership line, your belief in ViaViente and your passion for the products! When you use your products and see results, you will tell the world! People will join you or buy products from you because of your story with the products! On the opposite end of that, if you try the products and get NO results, well then, honey, you'd better be looking for something else! ViaViente has an amazing product line! You had better be using it or don't expect your team to use it. They will do as you do. What do you get paid on? CONSUMPTIONS of the product. So set the example, set up autoship, use the product and share it !

3 - You will become a top income earner with ViaViente when you sponsor 50, 70, 100 people directly! If you are an 'every other day' kind of builder, well, just know, you'll be 95 before you reach your goals. To sponsor that many people, you must be open to other marketing strategies outside of what your upline will tell you to do. DO what they say, but also find other marketing systems that will help you attract leads. Take a look at any top earner in the industry, outside of ViaViente. You will find that the top 3% in our industry brand themselves and market their knowledge of the industry before presenting their business. Why? Because people join a business when they know, like and trust YOU! When they have trust that you are a leader, the company will be secondary. ***This is a KEY point!*** Read it again. Understand it! 4 - Be consistent & stay focused! This is where the successful separate themselves from the unsuccessful. Remember when I said earlier that a few, small, minute activities done daily will lead to MASSIVE results? Well, the kicker to that is those daily tasks will not always give you immediate gratification. You may make 80 phone calls and get 80 rejections. Most ViaViente distributors will quit saying, 'No one wants to join this business. It doesn't work.' You continue to make calls and on your 83rd call, you get a yes. That 'yes' has a great sphere of influence filled with people with large aspirations and your business just blows up! You've hit the tipping point because you stuck with it! As I said, the tasks are hard, the commitment is. Stick with it long enough and the commitment will give you MASSIVE results!

5. The tasks are this: generate leads, contact leads, present opportunity, follow up and repeat. Lead generation is where most struggle. They run out of people to talk to and don't have the skills to figure it out. That's where the principles in #3 are SO critical! You figure that out, and your business will hit mass momentum!

6. Self-Development: I saved this one for last because I wanted this to be the last thing you read. This will be the one thing that massively separates your thinking from the ViaViente distributor sitting next to you at the National Conference. What you fill your head with will determine your success. Do you fill it with skill-set development information, motivational training, goal setting activities, visualization opportunities? Or, do you fill it with visions of reality TV shows that just suck the brain cells right out of your head, or watch the train wrecks on 'Cops?' Those will just clutter the mind. I challenge you to take a 30 day TV detox. Don't watch it, don't watch the news, nothing. Instead, spend that time listening to an inspiring autobiography, read a network marketing book, listen to a training by ViaViente's top earner. Think this is all airy, fairy? Good luck to ya!

That wraps it up. Only 6 things that will separate you from the masses of ViaViente distributors clawing their way to the top. Develop your skills, implement daily and the sky is the limit. The ViaViente stage will be all yours! Fail forward. Top producers fail more than others. Match their numbers and you'll be at the top before you know it!
